Fig. 6 Location Of Transaxle ``Stay B'':

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. On AWD models equipped W/automatic transaxle, remove transaxle stay B.
3. On AWD models, remove transfer case assembly, refer to Transmission and Drivetrain/Manual Transmission/Transaxle/Service and Repair.
4. On all models, remove stabilizer link.
5. Remove stabilizer bar bracket retaining bolts, then stabilizer bar from vehicle.
6. Reverse procedure to install. Torque all bolts to specification.
