[01] -- With ignition timing adjusting terminal grounded. Location shown.
[02] -- Before disconnecting wires from distributor cap or coil unit, determine location of No. 1 wire, as position may have been altered from that shown at the end of this chart. Firing order: 1-2-3-4-5-6.
[03] -- From luggage compartment, remove fuel gauge cover. Disconnect fuel pump electrical connector, then start engine & operate until fuel supply is depleted. Place ignition switch in Off position. Disconnect high pressure fuel hose at delivery pipe side. Connect a suitable fuel pressure test gauge between hose & delivery pipe. Start engine & inspect fuel pressure @ idle speed.
[07] -- Equipped w/crankshaft position sensor.
[08] -- Controlled by idle speed control system.
[09] -- These engines are equipped with hydraulic lifters. No periodic adjustment is required.
