Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

Headlight Switch Assembly:

1. Disable airbag as outlined under Maintenance Procedures/Airbag System Disarming.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove instrument panel lower knee protector attaching screws.
4. Remove headlamp switch as shown, noting the following:
a. Remove steering column cover upper to lower attaching screws, then carefully unsnap upper steering column cover from lower.
5. Reverse procedure to install enabling airbag as outlined under Maintenance Procedures/Airbag System Disarming.
