Motor Runs In Low Speed/Not High

1. Disconnect motor connector. If motor will not run at high speed, connect a jumper wire between battery positive terminal and terminal two. Connect a second jumper wire between ground and terminal four of motor connector.
2. If motor does not run, replace motor. If motor runs proceed to step 3.
3. If wiper will not run at high speed, using a suitable ohmmeter, check for an open circuit. Check between terminal D of HI-LO wiper relay and terminal two of wiper motor wire harness connector for continuity. If satisfactory proceed to next step. If not satisfactory repair as necessary.
4. Check for faulty HI-LO wiper relay.
