EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EGR System Vacuum Connections:

EGR Tube To Intake Plenum Nuts:

REMOVAL
1. Remove attaching bolts from intake and exhaust manifolds and remove EGR tube.
2. Clean gasket surfaces and discard old gaskets.
3. Check all surfaces for signs of leakage or cracks.

INSTALLATION
1. Install tube with new gaskets, (do not tighten bolts until all bolts have been installed.
2. Torque bolts to 200 in-lbs (22 Nm).
