Brake Master Cylinder: Description and Operation

This master cylinder is comprised of an aluminum body, pistons, springs, O-rings, cup seals, and a reinforced nylon reservoir. The bore of the aluminum body is anodized for durability, and to prevent corrosion and pitting. The reservoir caps contain diaphragms with precision slits for controlled equalization of pressure.
