Lamp Test Failure

When Monitored: With the ignition on.

Set Condition: The PBCM is unable to supply current to light the seat belt lamp.

Theory of Operation: When the ignition is switched on or start position, the PBCM turns the seat belt lamp on for a minimum of 8 seconds, longer if the seat belt is not buckled to the carrier or if a code is present.

Possible Causes:
- Faulty lamp
- Seat belt lamp driver circuit short to ground
- Faulty module
