Air Injection Hose/Tube: Service and Repair

Air Injection System:

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect air hose from aspirator valve inlet.
2. Remove aspirator tube assembly from catalyst.

INSTALLATION

1. Install aspirator tube, and tighten nut to 40 ft-lbs (54 Nm).
2. Install bracket screw and torque to 95 in-lbs (11 Nm).
3. Connect air hose to aspirator valve inlet and air cleaner nipple.
