Cooling System: Service and Repair

Cooling System Vent Plug:

The cooling system requires venting by removal of the plug on top of the water box.

Fill the system with the recommended 50% mixture of antifreeze and water until mixture reaches the vent holes, then tighten the vent plug to specifications. Continue to fill cooling system until full.
