83. Re-work the header garnish end cap by grinding the trimline (Fig. 20).





84. Install the A-pillar gutter seal "S" channel to A-pillar garnish molding and position on the A-pillar (Fig. 21).

85. Install the A-pillar gutter seal U-channel to the sill plate.

86. Position the front sill plate and install the screws.

87. Make a 1/4 in. (6.3 mm) long slit in the door seal at the end of the gutter seal U-channel and insert the gutter seal drain tube into the door seal for drainage.


88. Install the header end cap by clipping it to the windshield garnish.

89. Install the header end cap attaching screws.
