76. Drill a 9/64 in. (3.5 mm) diameter hole in the header seal corner flap and A-pillar (apply rust prohibitive paint to hole) (Fig. 19).


77. Apply 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive (08011) to the header seal corner flap as indicated. Install the push pins provided to secure each header seal corner flap to the A-pillar.

78. Inspect the area around the A-pillar and header for any holes or gaps where water might enter. If holes or gaps are present, seal with Mopar Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant (4318025).

79. Install the header garnish.

80. Install the header lamp wire connector.

81. Install the sunvisors and install the sunvisor lamp wire connector.

82. Install the sunvisor mounting screws and clips.
