Door Glass Upstop Adjustment

67. Remove the door trim panel.

68. Loosen the door glass upstop and raise the glass to the upper limit to allow the glass to achieve better contact with the side rail weatherstrip (Fig. 15). Tighten the upstop bolt and check the glass-to-seal fit. Install the door trim panel.

69. Latch the top to the header.





70. Secure the tab on the header seal and gutter seal to the header reinforcement with two screws provided (Fig. 16).


NOTE:
POSITION THE HEADER SEAL TAB AND INSPECT IT FOR EXACT ALIGNMENT. IF THE TAB HOLES DO NOT LINE UP WITH THE A-PILLAR HOLES, DRILL NEW HOLES AS NECESSARY IN THE A-PILLAR AND THEN ATTACH THE HEADER SEAL AND GUTTER SEAL TAB. THE GUTTER SEAL WILL HANG LOOSE INSIDE THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE A-PILLAR MOLDING IS INSTALLED.
