Disassembly

1. Remove injection mixer, then place in a suitable soft jawed vise.

2. Disconnect fuel pressure regulator hose from regulator and mixer body, Fig. 45.

3. Remove injector holder attaching screws, then the retainer, Fig. 46.

Fig. 47 Pulsation damper removal:

4. Remove fuel pressure regulator and pulsation damper from retainer, then the spring and diaphragm, Fig. 47.

5. Manually remove injectors from mixing body, then the gaskets, Fig. 48.
6. Remove throttle return and damper spring, then the connector bracket.

7. Remove ISC servo bracket attaching bolts, then the servo and bracket, if replacement is required, Fig. 49.
8. Remove mixing body attaching screws, then the mixing body and seal ring.
9. Remove throttle position sensor, if replacement is required.
