1. Ensure all parts are clean and fuel passages are free of foreign material.
2. Insert throttle position sensor joint ``A'' into joint ``B,'' Fig. 50, then clamp connector into bracket.
3. Ensure throttle position sensor is properly installed by measuring the resistance values between terminals 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 while opening and closing throttle lever. Sensor is properly installed if resistance values change.
4. Install new seal ring into throttle body groove, then assemble mixer body to throttle body and securely tighten attaching screws.
5. If removed, install ISC servo and bracket, then securely tighten attaching screws. Adjust ISC servo as previously described.
6. Install throttle body connector bracket, then clamp ISC connector to bracket.
7. Insert throttle return and damper spring, then install new seal rings into mixing body, flat side up, Fig. 51.
8. Install injectors into mixing body with new O-rings, then push injectors downward firmly as shown, Fig. 52.
9. Insert pulsation damper diaphragm into injector retainer, Fig. 53, then install spring and cover and tighten screws.
10. Install fuel pressure regulator into retainer with new O-rings, then check retainer filters for obstructions and replace as necessary.
11. Install injector retainer, then insert retaining bolts.
12. Firmly tighten attaching bolts alternately.
