REMOVAL

Special Tools:










1. Remove rear propeller shaft.
2. Make installation reference marks on the shaft (1) and slip yoke (2).





3. Remove slip joint boot (1) clamp (2).





4. Slide boot (1) off boot collar (2) and separate the two shafts.





5. Position Bearing Splitter Tool (2) between slinger and center bearing (1).
6. Install Bridge (3) on the splitter (2) and remove center bearing (1).
