Diesel Exhaust Fluid Injector - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.
2. Drain the cooling system Service and Repair.
3. Disconnect the DEF injector harness connector (1).





4. Disconnect the coolant supply and return lines (2).
5. Disconnect the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) fluid pressure line (1).





6. Remove bolts (2) and the DEF injector (1) from the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) catalyst (3).
