The Heated Seat Switches(1) are momentary contact push button switches mounted in the instrument panel center bezel that operate the heated seat system. Each heated seat switch has two Light-Emitting Diode (LED) indicator lamps, which indicate the selected level (Low or High) of the seat heater. Pressing the switch initiates heat. Heat remains on until switched off or until the ignition is turned off. If switched off by the ignition, a switch must be pressed to restart heating.

The LED indicator lamps in each heated seat switch cannot be repaired. If the LED lamps are faulty or damaged, or the switch is inoperative or damaged the switchbank assembly must be replaced. Front for the switchbank replacement procedure.
