P0630-VIN NOT PROGRAMMED IN PCM

- When Monitored:
While the key is on.

- Set Condition:
The VIN was not calibrated into the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure.
VIN NOT CALIBRATED INTO PCM
1. Using the scan tool, recalibrate the PCM with the proper VIN.

Did the DTC P0630 return?

Yes

- Replace the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L. Powertrain Verification Test.

No

- Test Complete.
