Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install new O-ring (1) on axle flange (2).





2. Slide axle shaft (1) into the axle.





3. Install bolts (1) in axle flange (2) and tighten to 133 Nm (98 ft. lbs.).





4. Remove fill plug (1), from right side of carrier.
5. With axle level, fill carrier with lubricant to the bottom of the fill plug hole.
6. Install fill plug (1) and tighten to 68 Nm (50 ft. lbs.).
