NOTE: Caliper Bolt Wrench 10050 must be used to torque the upper caliper adapter bolts for the 4500 and 5500 series trucks, and Caliper Bolt Wrench 10186 must be used to torque the upper caliper adapter bolts for the Cab Chassis trucks.

1. Install the caliper adapter mounting bolts (4) and tighten to specifications according to the Adapter Bolt Torque chart. Use the proper Caliper Adapter Wrench for the upper bolts only.
2. Install the anti-rattle clips (2).
3. Install the inboard and outboard pads (1).
4. Install the caliper mounting bolts. On the Cab Chassis, tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). On 4500 and 5500 series, tighten to 132 Nm (98 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the tire and wheel assembly.
