Park Assist Sensor - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the appropriate bumper from the vehicle. Front Bumper - Removal or Rear Bumper Steps - Removal.
3. From the back of the bumper (1), disconnect the wire harness connector (4) from the park assist sensor (2) connector receptacle.
4. Disengage the strap (3) from the upper and lower latch features of the bumper receptacle for the sensor.
5. Remove the sensor and O-ring from the receptacle as a unit.
