Power Steering Pump - Installation

3.0L DIESEL




Install the pulley (4) if removed Power Steering Pump Pulley - Installation.
1. Install the pump (1) to the vehicle.
2. Install the pump mounting bracket bolts. Tighten to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Reconnect the supply hose at the pump.
4. Install the pressure line at the pump. Tighten the nut to 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
5. Install the drive belt Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
6. Fill the power steering system Power Steering System Bleeding.
