The cast iron master cylinder is a venting type with reservoirs cast integrally. It consists of a primary and secondary piston (in tandem) with outlet tubes from the master cylinder connected to the hydraulic system warning switch valve and then from the primary switch port to the front bakes and from the secondary port to the rear brakes.
