Leaf Spring Replacement

VANS, WAGONS & FRONT SECTIONS

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove U-bolt attaching nuts, U-bolts and plate.
3. Remove front pivot attaching bolt, then the rear shackle attaching nuts.
4. Remove outer shackle and bolt from hanger, then the spring. Some vehicles are equipped with one piece shackles.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
