Checking Fluid Level


1. With vehicle at normal operating temperature on level surface, apply parking brake and block wheels.
2. With selector in Park, start engine and move selector lever through each range and return to Park.
3. Remove dipstick and check fluid level.
4. Fluid level should be between the two HOT marks on dipstick.
5. Add fluid as required to bring to specified level. When adding fluid use only Dexron II type transaxle fluid or equivalent.
