EGR Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove EGR valve.
2. Ensure EGR valve operates smoothly without sticking in any position.
3. Ensure heavy carbon deposits do not exist.
4. Apply 5.9 inches of vacuum to EGR valve.
5. Ensure air passes through valve with no restriction.
6. If any test fails, replace the EGR valve.
