Fluid - A/T: Service and Repair

CHANGING THE FLUID
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the transaxle fluid filter and the filter seal. Refer to Transmission Filter.
3. Flush the oil cooler. Refer to Oil Cooler, Transmission.
4. Install the transaxle fluid filter and the filter seal. Refer to Transmission Filter.
5. Add transaxle fluid. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
