Number 2 And 3 Roof Bows - Removal

REMOVAL






1. Remove headliner assembly back to the # 3 bow (3). Convertible Top Headliner - Removal.

2. Close and latch the Convertible Soft Top (CST) roof to the header.

3. Disconnect the top cover listing flaps from the # 3 bow.

4. Disconnect the 2/3 bow springs (4), (one on each side) from the side rail assemblies.

5. Remove the 2/3 bow brackets fasteners (1), (one on each side) from the side rail assemblies.

NOTE:
DO NOT open the CST roof automatically with the 2/3 bow assembly loose from the frame.

6. Open the roof to the vertical position.

7. Remove the 2/3 bow assembly from the vehicle.
