Front Axle Disconnect - Installation

FRONT AXLE DISCONNECT





1. Install the front axle disconnect (3).
2. Install and torque the four front axle disconnect-to-oil pan bolts (1) to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the front axle disconnect solenoid (8), and the 3 bolts (5), (6) and (7).





4. Connect the front axle disconnect solenoid harness connector (1).





5. Install the front axle disconnect solenoid bracket (4), and the 3 bolts (1), (2), and (3).
