Pressure Hose

1. Disconnect and isolate battery negative cable (2) from battery post.





2. Raise and support vehicle. Maintenance
3. Remove the right front wheel lug nuts, then remove the wheel and tire.
4. Remove the right front wheelhouse splash shield Splash Shield - Removal
5. Siphon power steering fluid from pump reservoir (4).
6. Remove power steering pressure line bolt (2) and separate power steering pressure line from Electro Hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS) pump.





7. Remove the two bolts fastening the pressure hose routing clamps to the engine cradle.
8. Unthread pressure hose tube nut (3), then remove pressure hose from steering gear (2) and vehicle.
