Dual Pane Sunroof - Removal

REMOVAL






NOTE: For exploded view and call outs Sunroof - Description .

1. Move glass panel to the fully closed position.
2. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
3. Lower the headliner in the vehicle enough to gain access to the sunroof assembly, Headliner - Removal.
4. Disconnect the four drain tubes (1) from sunroof housing.
5. Disconnect the sunroof wire harness electrical connector.





6. Loosen the fourteen bolts (2) attaching sunroof assembly.
7. With the help of an assistant, support the sunroof and remove the fourteen bolts (2) attaching the sunroof assembly (1) to the roof panel.
8. Remove the sunroof assembly (1) from vehicle.
