Instrument Panel Cover - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. With the help of an assistant, position the I/P cover (1) to the structure.
2. Connect and install the WIN module.





3. Install the seven screws (1) attaching the I/P cover to the structure in the glove box area. Tighten the screws securely.





4. Position the module and install the two screws (1) to the module. Tighten the screws securely.
5. Install the two I/P to structure bolts (2). Tighten the bolts securely.





6. Install the screw (1) that attaches the I/P cover to the structure in the lower center stack area, on the driver side. Tighten the screw securely.





7. Install the screws (1) that attach the I/P cover to structure in the instrument cluster area. Tighten the screws securely.
8. Remove the screws (2) that attach the I/P cover to structure in the steering column area. Tighten the screws securely.





9. Install the two I/P cover to structure side screws (1). Repeat for the opposite side. Tighten the screws securely.





10. Install the sun sensor (2) to the I/P, Sun Sensor - Installation.
11. Install the speakers (1) to the I/P, Speaker - Installation
12. Install the defroster duct, Defroster Duct - Installation.
13. Install the passenger side airbag, Passenger Air Bag - Installation.





14. With the help of an assistant, turn the I/P upright.
15. Install the two screws (1) that secure the telematics gateway reinforcement to the I/P cover. Tighten the screws securely.





16. With the help of an assistant, install the instrument panel into the vehicle, Instrument Panel - Installation.
