Underbody Shield - Removal

REMOVAL






NOTE: Right side shown, left side typical.

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the three fasteners (1) that secure the underbody shield (2) to the front wheelhouse splash shield.





3. Remove the two fasteners (1) that secure the underbody shield (2) to the rear wheelhouse splash shield.
4. Remove the five fasteners (4) located near the front of the shield that secure the underbody shield (2) to the vehicle.
5. Remove the sixteen retaining nuts (3) that secure the underbody shield (1) to the vehicle underbody.
6. Remove the underbody shield from the vehicle.
