B157B-00-SATELLITE REGION MISMATCH - US/CANADA

- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition on and the and set to satellite mode turned on and set to satellite mode.

- Set Condition:
The code will set if the Telematics Gateway (TGW) country code is set to US or Canada and the satellite module contains no US or Canadian tier vectors.





1. CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
1. Turn the TGW on and place it in satellite mode.
2. With the scan tool, read the Telematics Gateway (TGW) DTCs.

Does the scan tool display active: B157B-00-SATELLITE REGION MISMATCH - US/CANADA?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Test Complete.

2. CHECK THE TELEMATICS GATEWAY (TGW)
1. With the scan tool, verify the TGW is programmed for the proper country code.

Does the scan tool display a country code of US or Canada?

Yes

- Replace the TGW. Telematics Gateway Module - Removal.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.

No

- Verify the vehicle configuration.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Body Verification Test.
