INSTALLATION






NOTE: Do not reuse the recliner assembly attaching bolts.

1. Install the seat cover to the seat back foam.
2. Install three hog rings that secure the seat cover to the seat back foam.
3. Starting at the top of the seat back, carefully pull the seat cover down over the seat back foam.





4. Install the seat foam and cover to the seat back frame.
5. Install the side airbag (1) to the seat back cover and roll the side airbag toward the seat back frame.
6. Install the seat airbag mounting fasteners (2).





7. Install the headrest sleeves ensuring proper alignment.
8. Install the black foam under the seat back cover.
9. Engage the J-hooks securing the seat back cover to the frame.
10. Install the two lower push-pins securing the seat back cover.





11. Remove the spring retainers from the seat back frame and install to the seat back cover panel.

NOTE: LH panel shown, RH panel similar.

NOTE: Seat back removed for clarity.

12. Install the seat back cover panel by locating and engaging the top spring retainers (1) first, then engage the remaining retainers (2 & 3) into the seat back ensuring all the retainers engage.
13. Install the seat back to the seat frame. Front Seat Back Recliner - Removal
14. Install the seat to vehicle.Seat - Removal.
15. Install the headrest to the seat.Headrest - Installation
16. Connect the battery's negative cable.
