CONVERTIBLE TOP





1. At the hydraulic cylinder (3), insert the line end (1) and slide the retaining clamp (2) around the line end.
2. Install the hall effect to the left cylinder. Power Top Switch - Installation.

NOTE: The hydraulic system uses ARAL VITAMOL ZH-M fluid. When replacing components or topping off system due to leak, make sure to use only approved fluid. When adding fluid Water Leak Test .

NOTE: Take care not to contaminate the hose and cylinder between removal and installation.






3. Place the hydraulic cylinder onto mounts, install the rod end and cylinder (4) end clip retainers (2).





4. Verify hose routing and electrical routing to the top linkage.
5. Retract the top completely into the trunk.
6. Install the quarter trim panel. Quarter Trim Panel - Installation.
7. Close the top completely.
8. Cycle the system several times and follow the procedure to check fluid level. Service and Repair.
