1. Remove the instrument panel center trim bezel Instrument Panel Bezel - Removal.
2. Remove the steering column upper shroud. Steering Column Shroud - Removal.
3. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) or equivalent, gently pry out cluster bezel.

2. Using a trim stick (special tool #C-4755) or equivalent, gently pry out cluster bezel.
3. Using a trim stick or equivalent, pry off the rubber tilt column hider/filler.
