Water Pump - Installation

2.7L ENGINE










1. Clean all sealing surfaces.
2. Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
3. Install timing chain guides and timing chain Timing Chain & Sprockets - Installation.
4. Install the accessory drive belts Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
5. Install the radiator fan assembly Cooling Fan - Installation.
6. Evacuate air and refill cooling system.Water Pump - Coolant Air Evacuation
7. Check cooling system for leaks. Service and Repair
