Roof Header - Installation

INSTALLATION










1. Position the header casting (12) in the vehicle.
2. Install the four header casting mounting bolts, two on each side, in the side rail assemblies.
3. Install the forward rail retainers (5), install the shims (11) and retainer fasteners (10).
4. Install the forward rail weatherstrips (8).
5. Install the insulator pad (1) forward retainer.
6. Open the roof to the vertical position.
7. Install top cover from the listing flaps at the # 3 bow (4).Folding Top Cover - Installation
8. Install the headliner from the # 2 bow (3). Convertible Top Headliner - Installation.
