Drain Tubes - Installation

INSTALLATION

DRAIN TUBE-FRONT





1. Carefully route the drain tube through the center rail to the Y-fitting.
2. Connect the drain tube (1) to the Y-fitting (4) near the primary hinge.





3. Connect the drain tube (1)to the front of the middle panel weatherstrip (2) and secure the drain tube to the center rail using tape. Ensure the drain tube is routed within the slots on the rail.
4. Install the center rail trim panel and the lower pushpins to the center rail (3).
5. Close the top and test for water leaks. Water Leaks.

DRAIN TUBE - REAR





1. Install the drain tube to the vehicle.
2. Connect the drain tube (3) to the rear of the middle panel weatherstrip (1).





3. Connect the drain tube (2) to the Y-fitting (4) near the primary hinge and secure.
4. Install the center rail trim panel and the lower pushpins to the center rail (3).
5. Close the top and test for water leaks. Water Leaks.

DRAIN TUBE - BODY





1. Connect the drain tube to the vehicle and remove.
2. Connect the drain tube (3) from the Y-fitting (4) and secure.
3. Install the center rail trim panel and the lower pushpins to the center rail (3).
4. Close the top and test for water leaks. Water Leaks.
