Air Cleaner Body - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install the air cleaner housing straight down on the locating pins.
2. Install the air cleaner housing hold down fastener and tighten to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).





3. Engage the starter cable support bracket (1) to the air cleaner housing.





4. Engage the wire harness connector (1) to the starter cable support bracket (2).





5. Install the throttle body air inlet hose (2) to the throttle body (1). Tighten the hose clamp (5) to 4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
6. Connect the fresh air makeup hose (4).
7. Connect the inlet air temperature sensor electrical connector (3).
8. Connect the negative battery cable and tighten nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
