INSTALLATION

SEDAN

CAUTION: Do not handle by seat adjuster release bar.

NOTE: Ensure that the seat tracks are rearward. Ensure the seat tracks on the right and left are in equal latch positions.

1. Place the front seat in position to the vehicle.
2. Connect the front seat wire harness connector (3) to body harness connector (2).

3. Connect the battery negative cable.
4. Adjust the seat (1) rearward and install the front seat adjuster bolts (2). Tighten to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.).
5. Adjust the seat forward and install the rear seat adjuster bolts. Tighten to 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.).

6. Install seat belt anchor bolt (3) through seat belt (2) and snap the seat belt anchor cover (4) to seat cover side shield (1).
7. Verify front seat operation.

NOTE: Ensure that the seat tracks are rearward. Ensure the seat tracks on the right and left are in equal latch positions.

2. Connect front seat wire harness connector (3) to body harness connector (2).
