Seat Cushion Side Shields - Removal

REMOVAL





1. When servicing the inboard shield, remove the seat from the vehicle. Seat - Removal
2. When servicing the outboard shield, remove the recliner handle. Seat Handle - Removal
3. Remove the seat belt buckle mounting fastener and buckle (1), if required.
4. Starting at the rear of the shield (2), carefully pry out on the shield until the rear clip and middle spring retainer releases.
5. Slide the loosened shield forward and remove from the seat.
6. Disconnect switch wire connectors, if equipped.
7. Remove seat switches, if equipped.
