Screw Drive Assembly - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Install the screw drive rod into the linkage bracket (1).
2. Install the C-clip (2) to the top or pivot of the screw drive rod.





3. Install the roll pin (2) at the bottom of the decklid linkage assembly holding the lower end of the screw drive (1).





4. Install the right and left control cables to the screw drive assemblies (5). Push the cable inwards ensuring the tabs (1) engage into the tabs (4) on the screw drive assembly.





5. Place the linkage into position to the decklid and slide to engage the retainer that holds the linkage into place to the decklid.
6. Install the tonneau cover linkage mounting fasteners (2).





7. Install the tonneau cover (2) to the decklid (3) and install the cover mounting fasteners (1).
8. Remove the tonneau cover motor mounting fasteners and remove the appropriate side screw drive cable from the motor.
9. Remove the decklid from the service position.
