Folding Top Latch - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: The left and right latch assemblies are identically mounted except for a micro switch on the left rear or lower latch to rear panel.

CAUTION: When installing the panel to panel latches, ensure the hydraulic lines are routed correctly. Failure to do so may result in damage to the hydraulic lines and hydraulic pump.

1. If replacing the latch assembly (3 and 6), transfer parts to the new assembly.
2. Position the latch assembly into position and install the six bolts (2) to the latch assembly - three at each latch mechanism.
3. Left side only - connect the electrical connector (4) to the micro switch at the rear/lower latch.
4. Connect the cable end at the latch at the front of the mid panel.
5. Clip on the horizontal rod that is attached to the center pivot assembly (with the hydraulic cylinder on it).
