DeckBar - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Transfer all necessary parts to the new deckbar if replacing with a new one.
2. With the help of an assistant, position the deckbar in vehicle.
3. While aligning the deckbar hinges with the grease pencil marks, install the two bolts (2) to each deckbar hinge.





4. Install the MOAB bracket (1) mounting cover (3) and install the mounting fasteners (2).





5. Connect the deckbar hydraulic cylinders on both the left and right sides (3). Folding Top Hydraulic Cylinder - Installation.
6. From the right side, clip the decklid harness to the deckbar.
7. Install the trunk side and rear trim panels. Trunk Trim Panel - Installation.
8. Install the decklid. Decklid - Installation
9. Connect the battery negative cable.
10. Cycle the top and verify proper operation.
