INSTALLATION





1. Position the folding top header latch switch (3) onto the presenter plate (5). Insert the switch mounting tab into the slot on the presenter plate (4). Pivot the switch (3) downward so that it is sitting flush on the presenter plate (5) and the switch position sensing tab is next to pivot on the latching rod assembly.
2. Install the switch retaining rivet (2).
3. Connect the switch electrical connector (1).




4. Observing the location marks made during removal, position the folding top presenter plate assembly (3) onto the bottom side of the windshield header (1).
5. Install the presenter plate retaining bolts (2) finger tight.
6. Connect the presenter plate electrical connector located on the right A-pillar.
7. Connect the battery negative cable.
8. Close the folding top completely so that the header latches are fully latched.
9. Tighten the presenter plate retaining bolts (2) to 10 Nm (88 in. lbs.).
10. Cycle folding top open then closed to ensure proper presenter plate alignment.
11. Disconnect the battery negative cable.




12. Install the left and right A-pillar trim panels, A-Pillar Trim Panel-Installation.
13. Install the windshield header lower trim panel (1) by pushing the panel upwards until the retaining clips are fully secured to the slots in the power folding top presenter plate assembly (2).




14. Position the left sunvisor (2) into the vehicle.
15. Connect the left sunvisor electrical connector (3).
16. Install the left sunvisor retaining screws (1).
17. Repeat the installation procedure for the right sunvisor.
18. Connect the battery negative cable.
