REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable.
2. Remove the decklid Decklid - Removal.




3. Remove he rear trunk trim Trunk Trim Panel - Removal.
4. Remove the trunk side trim Trunk Trim Panel - Removal.
5. From the right side, unclip the decklid harness from the deckbar.
6. Disconnect the deckbar hydraulic cylinders on both the left and right sides (3) Hydraulic Cylinder - Removal.
7. Remove the cover over the deckbar hinges.




8. Remove the two bolts (2) to each deckbar hinge.
9. With the help of an assistant, remove deckbar from vehicle.
10. Transfer all necessary parts to the new deckbar if replacing with a new one.
