Panel To Panel Latch Center Pivot Assembly - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Lower the mid panel headliner Headliner - Removal.
2. Make sure the mid panel is unlatched.
3. With a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the placement of the panel to panel latch assembly.
4. Unclip the horizontal rods that are attached to the panel to panel right and left latch assemblies.
5. Disconnect the micro switch.
6. Unclip the hydraulic cylinder from the pivot assembly and the decklid.
7. Remove the four bolts to the mid panel to panel latch assembly pivot and separate from top.
