Water Pump - Installation

1. Position water pump assembly (3) into water pump housing (4).
2. Install mounting bolts (2). Tighten bolts to 24 Nm (212 in. lbs.).
3. Install water pump pulley (1). Tighten bolts to 9 Nm (791 in lbs.).
4. Install drive belt splash shield.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Install accessory drive belt Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
7. Connect battery negative terminal.
8. Fill cooling system Service and Repair.
